我地一家都好鐘意食牛肉乾, 但出街買實在昂貴, 又唔知用料既來源, 有無人做色素,肉精,防腐劑等, 食得多始終無益. 早排爸爸買左舊雪藏牛柳返來諗住BBQ用, 點知韌到齒唔開, 但又唔想浪費左, 最後諗到不如切碎佢做牛肉乾, 果然將塊牛肉起死回生, 變成超級味道和搶手既小食.
